Explore the Pacific coast on a full-day escape from Santiago, visiting Valparaíso’s colorful hills, street art, historic port, and Pablo Neruda’s La Sebastiana before continuing to Viña del Mar for its seaside atmosphere and famous Flower Clock.

Leave Santiago in the morning and travel through the Casablanca Valley toward the Pacific coast. In Valparaíso, visit Pablo Neruda’s La Sebastiana, set on Cerro Florida with wide views of the bay. Continue through Cerro Concepción and Cerro Alegre, known for colorful houses, street art, stairways, and winding streets. After exploring the historic port area and Plaza Sotomayor, continue to Viña del Mar to see its seaside avenues, amphitheater, and famous Flower Clock before returning to Santiago.
* Please note La Sebastiana is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Private departures are available every day on request from January to December.
If the tour departs on Mondays or Tuesdays there will be a slight change in the itinerary as Pablo Neruda’s house-museum is closed those days.
The trip starts at your hotel in Santiago at 9 AM and finishes back at your hotel at approximately 6 PM.
This trip requires walking through city streets, hills, stairways, and viewpoints for a couple of hours. Some streets are steep, but the tour moves at a relaxed pace with stops along the way.
We use comfortable vehicles suited to the group size, with capacity for up to 12 participants.
Valparaíso has a long, dry summer season from October to April and cooler, rainy winters from June to August. In winter, the average temperature is around 11°C / 52°F. In summer, the average temperature is around 17°C / 62°F. The coast is usually cooler than Santiago in summer and milder in winter.
Bring your personal belongings, comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, a light layer depending on the season, and a camera or phone for photos.
We reserve the right to change the order of the itinerary at the discretion of the guide and based on operational considerations. The guide may also modify, change, or eliminate part of the itinerary based on safety, weather, traffic, or other relevant considerations.
