Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Chile's capital.

Upon arrival at Santiago de Chile's International Airport, you will be met by a Cascada representative and driven to your comfortable hotel to check in.

You will have the rest of the day to have some rest and get to know the local places & shops.

Our first choice hotel will be Hotel Maison Italia (3*).

Day 2: Full Day Bike Tour.

Santiago de Chile

Start your 9:30 AM Bike Tour from the hotel.
Experience Santiago's cultural changes, biking through parks and neighborhoods with diverse architecture, cuisine, history, and culture. Pedal along the Mapocho River, exploring a city that embraces change and appreciates its past. Discover old parks, buildings, and local life amidst new skyscrapers. Pedal through Bellavista and local markets, experiencing Chilean culture and history. The tour ends at the starting point, with a van driving you back to your hotel.

After the AM tour (12:30 PM), enjoy lunch. Meet back in Bellavista for our 2:30 PM Tour!
Explore downtown Santiago's green spaces and historical highlights. The tour ends around 5:30 PM, with a van picking you up from Bellavista to return to your hotel.

Day 3: Onward journey

You'll be picked up from your hotel in the early morning and driven to the airport to check in for your onward flight. Buen viaje!

Weather

Santiago has a mild Mediterranean climate: relatively hot dry summers (November to March) with temperatures reaching up to 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit) on the hottest days; winters (June to September) are more humid with cold mornings, typical maximum daily temperatures of 13 degrees Celsius (55 degrees Fahrenheit), and minimums of a few degrees above freezing. Occasional snowfall occurs in suburbs at higher altitudes and may extend throughout the city, though this happens infrequently. In case of rain, bike tour will be canceled but we will offer an optional city tour.

What you need to bring

You'll have all of your luggage with you at the hotel. For the bike tour, all you need are comfortable garments. If it's cold, it's a good idea to bring gloves and several layers of clothing that you can add or remove as required. Sunblock lotion (50 SPF) is advisable, especially in summer!
