Emergency & Customer Service of a Tourism company in Santiago.
Who we are;
Cascada Expediciones is a Chilean Inbond tour operator with more than 15 years offering trips all over Chile with connection in Argentina and Bolivia.

What we are looking for;
We look for a person in Charge of our Emergency & Customer service, we provide this service to clients during their trip with us and also offer them some short excursions close to Santiago.

Requirement;
- Fluent English or native and Spanish.
- Desired experience working in customer service or similar in tourism.
- Communication skills and synthesis of story.
- Tolerant to stress.
- Proactive, take advance over situations.
- Flexibility and willingness.
- Availability on weekends.
- Computer user Domain level of Microsoft Office.
- Have your own notebook.
