Words cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel for having the honor to see the wonders of Patagonia. My daughter, Brooke, and I were rewarded every single day of our trek with breathtaking views and spectacular scenery. Our guides, Christian and Luis, were skilled and personable and kept us entertained as we covered the miles each day. We appreciated their humor as it distracted us from the labor of the long walks ! They were exceptionally well informed and we felt we were in expert hands the whole time.

Overall, my experience was wonderful. The facilities were a perfect mix between comfortable and unusual. It was clear that the EcoCamp is as devoted to a sustainable presence as it claims. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt welcomed by them. The location was unbeatable, with excellent hiking nearby. By the end of my stay, I didn't want to leave; I'm hoping to return again someday with my family.

I wanted to let you know how perfect our trip was! Every airport and hotel pick up/drop off, tour...met or exceeded our expectations. We can't thank you enough for making this wonderful trip come together. We would recommend Cascada to anyone touring in South America and especially Chile. We hope to return in the near future, since we fell in love with with Chile. The people, places and infrastructure made this an ideal place to travel. Our guides for the Valparaiso and Wine Tours were knowledgeable and went out of their way to make the tours interesting and fun.

Cascada is a great company. We did the 7 day trek over the famed "W", staying most nights at the Ecocamp. Every arrangement for this trip; transportation, lodging, guides, food, etc. was flawless. We can't say enough good about Cascada and the accommodations and food at Ecocamp are first rate in every respect. Fernanda, our reservations contact, was very responsive and helpful, and working out the logistics was very easy.
